Will they fit my shoe?
ConfiStep works best in shoes with removable insoles and enough room for added support. Check the size guide before ordering, especially for narrow or close-fitting shoes.
Should I remove my existing insoles?
Yes, if they’re removable. Replace them with ConfiStep and check that the insoles sit flat and your shoes still fit comfortably.
Can I wear them all day?
